農家の「軒先販売」をスマート化した無人販売所「とどけもの」を、マンションやオフィスなど人が集まる場所に設置する。本事業では①生産者が価格・出荷量を決定②消費者が手にとって選べる③生鮮品のロスを加工品に回すという、スマートロジスを構築する。その結果①生産者の所得向上②消費者の幸福度向上③フードロスや梱包材の削減等を目指す。また本ロジスを地域内で確立することでフードマイレージ削減にも効果が期待できる。

Unmanned sales offices "Todokemono”, which have made farmers' "Nokisaki(eaves)sales" smarter, will be installed in places where people gather, such as condominiums and offices. In this project, we will build a smart logistics that (1)farmers can decide the price and shipment volume, (2)consumers can pick up and choose, and (3) transfer the loss of perishable products; so-called food loss to processed products. As a result, we aim to (1) raise the income of farmers, (2) improve the well-being of consumers, and (3) reduce food loss and packaging materials. In addition, by establishing this logistics within the region, it can be expected to be effective in reducing food mileage.
