当社は、培養肉産業化のボトルネックとなっているタンパク質（成長因子）のコスト低減により、培養肉の産業化を実現し、持続可能な生産と消費・温室効果ガスの低減に寄与する。 　一方、培養肉産業は、海外特に北米、欧州、シンガポールが先行しており、試食段階の培養肉・培養魚肉企業が数多くある。 そこで、本事業では当社技術の海外培養肉関係展示会出展、事業開発を行い、海外顧客の獲得と、海外展開の橋頭保の確立を目的とする。

NUProtein helps commercialization of cultivated meat by reducing drastically the cost of media additive protein, aka growth factors, from edible wheat germ, realizes sustainable production-and-consumption and mitigates global warming. On the other hand, the cultivated meat industry is preceded by overseas, especially North America, Europe, and Singapore, and there are many cultivated meat and fish companies in the tasting stage. Therefore, in this project, NUProtein will exhibit its technology at overseas exhibitions and develop business, aiming to get overseas customers, cultivated meat and fish companies, and will establish bridgehead for overseas expansion.
